Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
- We do not accept returns unless the mistake is from our end (wrong size or wrong item). This must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- A video of the product unboxing is required for a smooth return process.
Exchanges
- We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be placed within 2 days of delivery.
- Shipping charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer.
Exchange Process
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for the exchange shipment.
- After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.
Refunds
- No refunds will be issued.
- In some cases, store credit may be provided.
