Return & Exchange Policy


At our brand, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • We do not accept returns unless the mistake is from our end (wrong size or wrong item). This must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • A video of the product unboxing is required for a smooth return process.

Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests must be placed within 2 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for the exchange shipment.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.

Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • In some cases, store credit may be provided.
